Vinyl extrusions and fabricated shapes are easily painted using a continuous
or batch liquid spray painting system. A continuous spray painting
and paint curing system processes lineal extrusions at the speeds
required for medium and high production environments. Paint systems
configured for batch operation are designed to paint fabricated components
and straight lengths at lower production rates. Both the continuous
and batch systems can include an integrated VOC control system that
will allow the use of solvent based paints.
